Currently the HMB Custom program is available on request only. Please get in contact with us through the contact page, which can be found in the footer of this website. You’ll receive a preview of how your custom mount will look before you finalise your order.
Can I return or exchange my HMB Custom product?
No, all HMB Custom products are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Because of this, custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order. This doesn't affect potential quality problems, which are under general warranty.
How long does it take to receive my custom bike wall mount?
Currently the HMB Custom program is available only on request. To ensure the highest quality and a truly personalised experience, shipping times for HMB Custom products can take up to 3 months. We take great care in crafting your custom order to perfection, so it’s worth the wait!
What can I customise on the bike wall mounts?
You can personalise the front plate by replacing the HMB logo with your own name or message. You can choose from up to 12 characters, using letters, numbers, and select special characters like hyphens, exclamation marks, and plus signs.
Are there different font options for the customisation?
No, currently the HMB Custom program only features the unique Hold My Bike font.
Are there different colors available for customisation?
Currently we offer Jet Black fine structure matt and Signal White fine structure matt as with most of our regular products.
What materials are used in the custom bike mounts?
All HMB Custom bike mounts are crafted from 3 mm black steel with a durable powder-coated finish. This ensures strength, durability, and a high-quality, professional look for your personalised mount.
Which bike mounts can be customised?
Currently you can customise the HMB Ultimate as you individual bike wall mount.
Can I add special characters to my custom text?
Yes, you can use select special characters such as hyphens, exclamation marks, and plus signs along with letters and numbers. Just make sure your custom text fits within the 12-character limit.
Is there a difference in price for custom bike mounts?
Yes, customising your bicycle wall mount will incur an additional charge of €25 compared to the standard price of the product. You will receive a personalised quote based on your request.
How is my custom mount shipped?
Once your custom bike mount is crafted to perfection, it will be securely packaged and shipped directly to you. However, due to the customisation process, shipping times can take up to 3 months.
